Sheila McVeigh began her career with Dale Carnegie® Training as a trainer in 1996. Throughout her time at Dale Carnegie®, she has earned her certification in 15 different fields such as: sales, leadership, communications, human relations, customer service, executive coaching, presentations, etc. She is also a certified Master Trainer, licensed to lead the certification process to license trainers for Dale Carnegie® programs.
In August 2008, Sheila began her own business, McVeigh Performance Management, LLC. Her business focuses on coaching and delivering training to businesses and individuals. The main goals are to strengthen performance and strive for a higher quality outcome. To achieve these goals, she challenges her clients to do things outside of their comfort zone through creative and disruptive thinking. It is her commitment to have each of her clients reach their maximum potential after they have completed a program or coaching sessions.
Throughout Sheila's past 28 years in the Business Performance Improvement field, she has conducted customized training for over 300 wide-ranging organizations.
